I have always had a passion for working with youth. I spent more than 30 years working in local high schools as a counsellor and teacher before starting WCCS. I am quick to build a rapport and trust. I have a deep understanding of this challenging phase of life. My experience and compassion allow me to efficiently help with youth concerns.

Mindfulness can provide the tools to increase your choices when you are presented with future challenges. These tools will help you avoid automatic responses and instead go forward with more self-compassion and less distress. Families
